Digital Empowerment Hub

What it does:
Monthly workshops + 1-on-1 help focusing on email, government forms, job portals, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, résumé tools, and more. Also ongoing support via a WhatsApp/Telegram digital help group.

Eligibility / Candidate Criteria:

• Newcomers interested in improving digital literacy
• Basic comfort using a smartphone or computer
• Committed to attend at least 1 workshop per month + follow-up
• Able to access a computer / public library / phone
